This collection showcases a variety of curated material boards created to explore finish palettes, textures, colors, and overall design direction for different interior spaces. Each board was thoughtfully assembled to communicate the intended mood, style, and material relationships of a project, including selections such as tile, cabinetry, countertops, flooring, paint, hardware, textiles, and accent finishes.

These boards serve as a visual tool to help clients understand how individual materials work together to create a cohesive design concept before moving into final selections, specifications, and construction documentation.

Carr-Ascher New Build | Interior Drafting Package
Etch & Ivy Design

As an independent drafting contractor for Etch & Ivy Design, I produced a detailed interior design documentation package for the Carr-Ascher New Build. My role focused on translating the design team’s vision, finish selections, fixture selections, and built-in concepts into organized construction drawings and interior elevations for contractor and vendor coordination.

The drawing set included exterior finish and FF&E documentation, first and second floor finish plans, stairwell electrical elevations, room-by-room interior elevations, finish schedules, fixture schedules, FF&E schedules, and detailed documentation for custom built-ins and millwork. I also created the project schedules throughout the set, organizing finish selections, fixture information, material specifications, and FF&E details into clear, usable references for the design team, contractors, and vendors.

Key spaces included the entry, office, mudroom, utility room, powder room, covered porch, living room, kitchen, pantry, dining room, butler’s pantry, guest room, guest bath, ensuite bathrooms, walk-in closet, laundry room, gym, bedrooms, playroom, and upstairs hallway.

This project highlights my ability to support another design firm through detailed technical drafting, sheet organization, schedule creation, finish documentation, FF&E coordination, built-in elevations, and presentation-ready construction documents for a large-scale residential new build.

Bufton Residence | French Country First Floor Concept Remodel

This in-progress first-floor remodel concept reimagines the kitchen, dining room, family room, fireplace, and front living space through a layered French country design direction. The design concept blends soft blue-green cabinetry, warm wood tones, patterned wallcoverings, classic millwork, arched built-ins, stone fireplace detailing, wainscoting, custom window treatments, and traditional lighting to create a collected and timeless first-floor aesthetic.

The concept includes enlarging the kitchen by removing the wall between the existing kitchen and dining room to create a more open layout and improve flow. The existing dining room is being redesigned into a coffee, chess, and hangout area connected to the kitchen with a new eat-in peninsula. The existing family room is being reworked into a formal dining room with custom built-in shelving, wainscoting, wallpaper, updated bar finishes, and statement chandeliers.

The project also includes a fireplace remodel, custom TV wall, new family room built-ins, faux beams, updated flooring, new carpet in the family room, decorative trim, wallcoverings, paint selections, and furniture and finish direction. This project highlights my ability to develop a strong design concept, rethink an existing floor plan, create custom built-in solutions, and translate a client’s home into a more functional and elevated living environment.

Injecting Confidence | Commercial Tenant Improvement + Interior Design

This commercial tenant improvement transformed an approximately 3,000-square-foot space into a polished medical esthetician office for Injecting Confidence. The project included space planning, permit drawings, interior design, finish selections, furniture and fixture procurement, and construction management through completion.

My scope included developing the permit set, coordinating the interior layout, and creating a cohesive design concept that balanced clinical function with a soft, elevated client experience. The space included a reception and lounge area, consultation office, functional medicine room, injection rooms, facial and laser rooms, IV room, pre-treatment lounge, product pull room, shared office, team break room, inventory storage, laser storage, photo booth, vestibules, and an ADA bathroom.

The design focused on creating a calm, refined, and brand-forward environment using warm neutrals, layered textures, light wood tones, sculptural furnishings, statement lighting, stone-inspired surfaces, custom cabinetry, and clean architectural detailing. The construction documentation included code planning, framing plans, cabinet and countertop details, electrical and lighting plans, plumbing coordination, room elevations, ADA restroom documentation, and furniture planning.

This project highlights my ability to lead a commercial interior project from early space planning through permitting, procurement, construction coordination, and final installation while balancing code requirements, business operations, client experience, and a high-end aesthetic.

Kent Residence | Kitchen + Accessible Bath Remodel

This residential remodel included a full kitchen renovation, an ADA-conscious primary bathroom renovation for a wheelchair user, an additional bathroom remodel, and an updated powder room. I provided architectural design, interior design, construction documents, finish selections, renderings, and construction coordination for the project.

The kitchen design focused on creating a bright, functional, and updated space with new cabinetry, countertops, backsplash, plumbing fixtures, lighting coordination, flooring, and detailed cabinet elevations. The finish palette combined soft cabinetry, warm wood-look flooring, light stone countertops, white tile, and matte black fixtures for a clean and timeless look.

A major focus of the project was the primary bathroom renovation, which was designed to better support accessibility, comfort, and long-term use for a client in a wheelchair. The scope included updated space planning, new vanity cabinetry, accessible shower planning, grab bar blocking, handheld shower coordination, shower glass, tile detailing, plumbing coordination, and finish selections.

The project also included remodeling an additional bathroom and powder room with updated tile, vanities, plumbing fixtures, mirrors, lighting, and hardware. This project highlights my ability to balance beautiful residential design with practical accessibility needs, detailed construction documentation, and thoughtful coordination for real-life client use.

Wikelius-Hernandez Residence | Full House Remodel + VRBO Design
Breckenridge, Colorado | Margo T Design Group

This full-house remodel transformed a Breckenridge residence into an elevated VRBO rental property designed for both durability and guest experience. Our team provided architectural design, interior design, construction documents, finish selections, and construction management from planning through execution.

The scope included space planning, finish and fixture selections, kitchen and bath design, cabinet coordination, electrical and plumbing documentation, fireplace detailing, stair and exterior design coordination, and detailed construction drawings for the remodel. The documentation package included finish plans, product keys, door and hardware details, electrical plans and elevations, plumbing details, cabinet dimensions, tile details, as-built plans, demolition plans, exterior elevations, roof and deck plans, building sections, and stair details.

The design focused on creating a warm mountain retreat with practical, rental-friendly materials, cohesive finishes, updated bathrooms, improved functionality, and a polished guest-ready aesthetic. This project highlights my ability to manage a remodel from concept through construction while balancing design intent, technical documentation, contractor coordination, and the demands of a high-use short-term rental property.

The Ramsay | Commercial Interior Design Drafting Package
Springdale, Arkansas | Jubilee Interiors

As an independent drafting contractor for Jubilee Interiors, I produced a comprehensive construction documentation package for a commercial interior design project located in Springdale, Arkansas. The drawing set included exterior elevations, finish floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, electrical layouts, wall finish plans, interior elevations, material schedules, lighting schedules, and furnishing plans for both the main building and fitness center.

My role focused on translating the design team’s concept and specifications into clear, organized construction documents for contractor coordination and project execution. The package documented key interior areas including the leasing office, lounge area, recreation room, restrooms, offices, corridor, workroom, fitness center, yoga room, and spin area.

This project highlights my ability to support a design team through detailed technical drafting, finish documentation, fixture coordination, sheet organization, and construction-ready presentation standards within a commercial interior design scope.
